Seller Terms

1. Eligibility and age verification

You must be at least 18 years old to apply to sell on OGSTASH. We verify age from the date of birth you provide and may ask for additional proof, such as a copy of a government-issued ID, before or after approval.

Providing a false date of birth or false identity details is a material breach. We will reject the application or close the seller account and may withhold pending payouts to the extent permitted by law.

2. Application and approval

• Every application is reviewed manually. Approval is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
• One person may hold one seller account. Applications from persons previously removed from OGSTASH are rejected.
• We may suspend or revoke seller status at any time if we suspect a breach of these terms, fraud, or a risk to buyers.

3. Ownership of accounts

You may list only accounts that you created, purchased lawfully, or otherwise have the full right to transfer. You must be able to prove how you obtained each account on request.

Stolen, hacked, phished, shared, borrowed or chargeback-flagged accounts are strictly prohibited. See the Prohibited Items policy for the full list.

4. Listings

• Descriptions, screenshots, skins, V-Bucks balance, platform links and any other stated attributes must be accurate and verifiable at the time of delivery.
• Listings must not use Epic Games logos or imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, Epic Games, Inc.
• We may edit, hide or remove any listing that is misleading or breaches our policies.

5. Delivery obligations

• Credentials and any account-recovery information needed to use the account must be supplied to our team for delivery to the buyer through the OGSTASH order page.
• Delivery must be completed within the delivery window shown for the listing. Missed deadlines may lead to an automatic refund to the buyer.
• After the sale you must not log in to, recover, change, or otherwise interfere with the sold account.

6. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Buyers are covered by the Refund & Delivery policy. If an order is refunded because the account was not as described, was inaccessible, or was reclaimed by you or a third party, the sale amount is returned to the buyer and is not paid to you or is deducted from future payouts.

You are responsible for any chargebacks, payment-processor fees and penalties arising from your listings.

7. Fees and payouts

Commission and payout terms are agreed with you in writing when your seller account is approved. Under TradeShield, your earnings from each order are frozen for a protection period of 24 to 48 hours after delivery and are paid out once the buyer confirms the account or the period ends without a dispute. We may hold payouts longer while a dispute, fraud review or legal request is open. Taking back a sold account, including through a recovery request to Epic Games, forfeits the payout and may result in a permanent ban. See the TradeShield page for details.

You are solely responsible for taxes on your earnings.

8. Personal data

We process your name, date of birth, country, contact details and application answers to verify your age and identity and to prevent fraud, as described in the Privacy Policy. This data is accessible only to OGSTASH staff who need it for review and is not shown publicly.

9. Termination

You may stop selling at any time by contacting support, after open orders are completed. We may terminate your seller account immediately for breach, fraud, or legal reasons. Sections on ownership, refunds and liability survive termination.
